Abusive Language

As it is very clear from the name itself, abusive language refers to the use of improper and wrong words which can be hurtful and insulting to the receiver of the message. Considering the importance of business relationships in the business, it is really important not to indulge yourself in the use of abusive language.
Abusive language can be legally actionable when it meets the following three conditions:
  • ·         When it is false
  • ·         When it harms the good name of the other person
  • ·         When it is published, i.e. , spoken or written in the presence of another party
