It is one of the three causes of legal problem. It means
that a person may use a word or sentence with no wrong intention but due to
insufficient explanation or the multiple meanings of a word, it is possible
that the receiver of the message may misunderstand which can create serious law
suits and harm the company to great extent. Therefore, company should always
take care that the language they use is appropriate and conveys the right
message in a right way.
